Since FlexPBX web interface is still being developed, you'll use a
SIP softphone client to make and receive calls. Here are accessible

  • Click "Accounts" tab

  • Click "+" to add new account

  • Other FlexPBX Extensions

  • Anyone can dial 2006 to reach you

  • External Calls (via our Chicago number)

  • When someone calls (312) 313-9555

  • They reach IVR menu

  • Can be transferred to your extension

  • Or join accessibility support queue

  • Direct Routing (optional)

  • We can route specific callers directly to extension 2006

  • Just let us know which numbers should go straight to you

    TESTING YOUR SETUP

    Step 1: Register Extension
    โ€ข Open Telephone app
    โ€ข Add account with details above
    โ€ข Verify "Registered" or "Available" status

    Step 2: Test Audio
    โ€ข Dial: 9196 (echo test)
    โ€ข Speak and you should hear yourself back
    โ€ข Confirms audio is working

    Step 3: Test Internal Call
    โ€ข Dial: 2001 (another support extension)
    โ€ข Or call 101 (IVR menu)

    Step 4: Test Outbound Call
    โ€ข Dial: 09 + your mobile number
    โ€ข Example: 09 + 3162726712
    โ€ข Your mobile should ring

    Registration Failed:
    โ€ข Check username: walterharper (no spaces)
    โ€ข Check password: Review.1121 (case-sensitive)
    โ€ข Check server: flexpbx.devinecreations.net

    โ€ข Verify internet connection

    No Audio / One-Way Audio:
    โ€ข Check firewall allows UDP ports 10000-20000
    โ€ข Try different network (WiFi vs Ethernet)
    โ€ข Test with echo test (9196)

    Cannot Dial Out:
    โ€ข Remember to use 09 prefix for outbound
    โ€ข Example: 093364626141
    โ€ข Internal calls don't need prefix
